Studio Spaces For Rent

Grand Opening! We are offering major discounts for people looking for a tracking and/or writing room to help spread the word of our existence.

Two rooms are available: Studio A (live tracking room with SSL Console) and Studio C (Small Editing // Writing // Mixing Suite

Studio A:
Full SSL Console, Lavry Gold Conversion, Dutch and Dutch Speakers, all the guitars, amps and cabs you could ever want. DW Drum Kit, Selection of Basses, Various outboard Mic Pres... This studio was designed specifically for tracking live instruments like drums, vocals or guitar amps.

Let us know what you would like to use ahead of time and we will have it setup for you and ready for when you arrive. No waiting around for setup.

Studio C:
Smaller room designed for Mixing, Editing and Writing. Dutch and Dutch Speakers, Prism ADA8XR conversion. Room is fully treated and the speakers have been tuned for the room (plus or minus 4.5dB for the acoustical nerds out there).

Engineers:
Bring your own engineer or use one of ours. We have been recording live instruments for over 2 decades each and know the studio/instruments inside and out
