Hello! I specialize in songwriting/top-lining, lead/backing vocal production, song features with 11+ years of experience in the industry. My principle style is Pop/R&B/Soul with similarities of SZA, Chris Brown & Brandy. My work has granted me placements on Lifetime, BET Plus and many more.
Spotify & Apple Music: "Josh Alex" All tracks written, performed, vocal produced and engineered by me.
Services I Offer:
Vocalist Only (turn around time 1-2 weeks):

-When released I will be an uncredited artist.
Vocalist & Topline/Lyrics (turn around time 1-3 weeks):
-I will pen topline/lyrics, sing & vocal produce (doubles, stacks, harmonies, ad libs). If full vocal production isn't required, let me know.
-All stems will be edited, comped, tuned & ready for mix.
-When you release our project, I will be an uncredited artist unless we've discussed otherwise. I must keep my publishing for the topline. Please inquire about a publishing buyout.
Topline/Lyrics Only with Demo Vocals (turn around time 1-2 weeks):

I absolutely love working with Josh! He’s very talented at what he does. We did a few projects together and the way he vocal produces is amazing and always bring my projects to life! His harmonies are insane!! Can’t wait to work again!
Josh was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with. It was hands down the easiest recording process I’ve had in a long time. Affordable and more than worth every cent. The experience was everything and I look forward to booking my next project with him. I’m so happy about the quality I got. Definitely 10 out of 10!

When I tell you, AMAZING! Josh is incredibly gifted and passionate. I loved working with him in the studio. We collaborated on several projects, and our most successful was my single "Funkadelic." He blew me away by singing backgrounds, vocal producing the entire record, and engineering—all in the same session. We finished the full song in under 3 hours. He’s the best!
I don’t think there are enough positive words to describe the work ethic, quality, and passion found in Josh Alex’s work! But STAR is definitely on the forefront of my mind, and I believe his name is written in the stars! From his writing, to the vocal ability, to the IMAGERY. He is just a perfect package and songs like Love OD are just a true testament to his promise! I’m ready for more.
Josh is an incredible artist and music professional! I have so much respect for his passion and drive. He’s always pushing the limits and never ceases to amaze me. I’m grateful to work with him regularly. His signature sound takes my records to another level, and my demos always sell because of it. Work with him—you won’t be disappointed, and he’s always on time!
