Everything has it's unique place in the mix, even 50 guitar layers. I've mixed and mastered tracks from West Thebarton, BAD//DREEMS, Bolt Cutter, and Ethanol Blend, but specialise in atmospheric rock, stoner rock, pop-punk and shoegaze/dream-pop styles. I LOVE mixing and mastering anything with lots of reverb or thick fuzz.
I've been working for over a decade in music production as well as education, so I consider myself a lifelong learner... for every one thing that I've learned I'm well aware that there are dozens of concepts I'm yet to pick up.
My main services are mixing and mastering, and I'm happy to work in any style. That being said, I prefer to work in different rock sub genres, specifically indie, garage, fuzz, shoegaze, and stoner. I also have experience with experimental electronic music.
I am in this because working on music is something that I genuinely enjoy, and I want to work with you to achieve the professional sound that you desire.

Endorse Jam House StudiosI have been working with Sam from Jam House Studios as a new artist. I enjoy the experience creating & fine tuning the song until we get it perfect. As a new artist, working with Sam has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Sam is supportive in giving feedbak, suggesting ideas to take the sound of the song to the next level & mixing & mastering it to ensure its just how I want the song to sound. Would highly recommend Jam House Studios & I look forward to continuing my music journey with the studio.
I worked Sam from Jam House Productions on my debut single & it was the best experience for me as a new artist. The support received throughout the recording session, recommendations made & the mastering afterwards gave me a song that I'm so proud of. I am looking forward to recording & producing many more songs with Jam House Productions. 5 stars & beyond
Interview with Jam House Studios
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been working as a performing musician since age 15. in my final year of high school I learned how to record and mix through an independent study, and received a merit. I then invested in recording equipment throughout my Uni years. I then became a music teacher, and produced music part-time (when I had time), which included the delivery of a Cert III in Music Production through COSAMP. I am now working on making this a full time gig.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Thick and dynamic.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Listen back in a variety of environments to see how well the music translates, make notes, and adjust accordingly.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on indie, garage, and shoegaze styles.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I currently run a number of DAWs depending on what the project requires, but mostly REAPER and Pro Tools. I run a Tascam Model 24 as my interface, along with a suite of plug ins and some outboard processors.

A: Producing, mixing and mastering! I can assist with songwriting, performing, and can also provide lessons on music production.
