Hi, my name is Mark Bowen.
I've been playing piano for over 44 years now (since the age of 4)!
I am very lucky in that I can play by ear and only need to hear a piece once in order to remember it and play it back again at a later date.
Many years back I did all the usual classical exams and then after school went to a music college studying Performing Arts but specialising in music which really helped me to get away from just classical styles and taught me all other styles of music too.
I use a Yamaha CP1 Stage Piano however I usually use the Noire Kontakt instrument to record with though I have the Native Instruments Komplete 14 Collector's Edition so have a fair few sounds to pull from!
I use Logic Pro X on Mac to record my piano.
