Creative Producer, specializing in working with Alt/Indie/Soul/Rock/Americana solo artists needing unique, emotive and exciting arrangements to bring their songs to life.
Greetings! My name is Ed and I've been immersed in the music industry for over a decade. From my early days recording as an artist in some of the world's top studios, to producing full-length albums for artists who have landed on Spotify playlists, BBC Radio, and even Glastonbury stages, I've honed my skills in music production and become a sought-after collaborator.
Working with top producers like Brian Sperber (Whitney Houston, De La Soul, Patti Smith) and Grant Nicholas (Feeder) inspired me to dive deeper into the production process and learn the technical aspects of recording, including microphone techniques and editing. I spent years working with Rob Burn (Ten87) to develop my expertise in electronic music and delivering tracks to major music libraries like Universal Publishing, BMG, and Altitude.
As a producer, I specialize in working with solo artists and bands who want to make a statement with their music. I encourage my clients to create Pinterest boards to help me understand their vision, and I work closely with them to write parts, arrange their songs, and bring out the emotional nuances of their music. I'm even happy to jump on any instrument needed to achieve the desired sound.
Ultimately, my goal is to help artists create unique and captivating soundscapes that leave a lasting impression on listeners. Are you ready to take your music to the next level together?
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.
