Originally from Canada, I have been traveling the world for much of my adult life. I am very in touch with all of life, connection, nature, and culture. It is important for me to put out loving vibrations. I teach meditation, yoga philosophy, and am a somatic trauma therapist, and the songs I write and help write help artists and producers tap into loving vibes.
