Linus aka DJ Linus is a trained sound and mastering engineer since 1991, with degrees from SAE Munich and Hofa Studios, he produced and mixed over 300 professional releases and productions only of his own. Plus uncountable jobs for clients and House & Techno labels from all over the world! He had numerous chart entries thru out the past 30 years – on top he is lecturer at Germanys biggest school for DJing and Producing. He is exclusive mastering engineer for more than 10 House & Techno labels.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Remixing, mixing and mastering Georgio Moroder! Why? Because he is one of the inventors of Disco Music and he is from Munich Germany, my neighbour so to speak ;)
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I have about 10 masters every day as I am an exclusive mastering engineer for a variety of electronic music labels.

A: Most people think, it's overpriced and I just have the same chain and run it through. Nope, every song is different, with different needs and tweaks!

A: Search what he has done on the internet

A: Started 1986 - went professional 1991. Learning by doing! Frankly speaking - Look up my website ;)

A: I worked with some of the greatest artists and engineers out there already. But I would love to work with Quincy Jones, Roy Ayers or Trevor Horn, if they are still alive, don't know actually? Why, because they produced some of the very best music there is, hundreds of productions!

A: I have a vast arsenal of analog gear - speakers worth 15K - and of course all digital plug ins you need. Best of both worlds ;)
