Owner of The SuperStudios ! New modern facility build as a mile stone of my music career.
A professional mixing room, based around a legendary SSL E/G 4048 console, installed in a Non Environment type of Acoustic Control, highly regarded in the world of recording facilities as one the most accurate and, easy to work on, types of rooms.
It’s acoustic properties make it easy to work for long hours without suffering any hearing fatigue, producing mixes that translate extremely well in the outside world. The double heavy duty advanced soundproofing, reaching levels of 10 dbC, offers the perfect noise control, which combined with the distant location, is the best for those “late night” artistic inspirations. State-of-the-art monitoring such as the main Genelec’s, flush mounted in heavy concrete wall, together with Adams midfield |SX3H, the classic NS10 and the single point no crossover Auratones, enables engineers to make precise adjustments to the mix.
A properly designed room allows you the best decision on difficult to adjust parameters, such as reverbs and panning with our “full algorithm” licensed TC System 6000, equalising with SSL Black eq, Pultecs, panning etc. Overall, a professional mixing room with modern audio production backed by high end converters such as 40 channels of AVID I/O and HDX card with Pro tools Ultimate, providing the tools and environment necessary

Interview with Erjon Zaloshnja
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Vision: One of the most important things that I bring to a song is a clear vision for how it should sound and feel. I work closely with the artist to understand their vision for the song, and then help them bring that vision to life in the studio. Whether it's a particular sound or emotion that they're trying to capture, I use my expertise and creativity to bring that vision to fruition. Technical expertise: Another key aspect of my role as a music producer is my technical expertise. I have extensive knowledge of recording techniques, mixing and mastering processes, and a variety of audio tools and software. This allows me to create high-quality recordings that sound great on any type of playback system. Collaboration: As a music producer, I see myself as a collaborator with the artist. I work closely with them to bring out the best in their performance and help them achieve their creative goals. I offer guidance and feedback throughout the process, and am always willing to explore new ideas and try different approaches. Attention to detail: A key part of my job as a music producer is paying close attention to detail. Whether it's making sure that every instrument is perfectly in tune, or fine-tuning the mix to bring out the best in every element, I am meticulous in my approach to music production. This attention to detail ensures that every song that I work on sounds polished and professional. Creative input: Finally, as a music producer, I bring my own creativity and musical ideas to the table. I am always looking for new ways to push the boundaries of what's possible in music, and I use my experience and expertise to offer creative input that can take a song to the next level.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: As a music producer, the most common type of work I do for my clients is to oversee the entire creative process of music production, from songwriting and arranging to recording, mixing, and mastering. I work closely with the artist to develop their vision for the music and help them bring it to life in the studio. The first step in the process is usually pre-production, where I work with the artist to develop the song's structure, melody, and lyrics. We may also discuss the overall sound and style of the production, including the instrumentation and arrangement. Once we have a clear direction for the song, we move on to recording, where I oversee the entire process of capturing the performances in the studio. This includes setting up microphones and other equipment, working with the artist to get the best possible takes, and making sure that every aspect of the recording is up to the highest standards. After recording is complete, I move on to the mixing stage, where I balance and blend all of the individual tracks to create a cohesive and polished sound. This involves using a range of techniques to shape the sound of each element, including EQ, compression, reverb, and other effects. Finally, I oversee the mastering stage, where I make sure that the final mix is optimized for playback on various types of devices and in different listening environments. This involves making final adjustments to the overall sound, including EQ and compression, and preparing the final master for distribution. Throughout the entire process, I work closely with the artist to make sure that their vision for the music is fully realized. I offer guidance and feedback along the way, but ultimately, the goal is to create a final product that the artist is proud of and that resonates with their audience.
