Jovane is an incredible musician, he was so patient with me as I had to be away on tour, for that I am very thankful. It was easy to take direction from him, and like me, he works with real sound and feel. His song was also very enjoyable, making it easy to design the drums. A: I draw inspiration from a range of incredible musicians and music production professionals. Donald Lawrence's mastery in arranging and vocal production, particularly in gospel music, has greatly influenced my approach to crafting intricate harmonies and dynamic choir arrangements. Donnie McClurkin’s powerful vocal delivery and ability to convey deep emotion through music inspire me to bring that same level of authenticity and soul to my performances and productions. Beyonce's attention to detail, work ethic, and innovation in both music and visual production push me to continually evolve and strive for excellence in every project I undertake.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common type of work I do for my clients involves a blend of arranging and producing vocals. This includes crafting intricate vocal harmonies, arranging background vocals (BGVs), and shaping the overall vocal production to fit the desired sound. I often work closely with clients in music consultation, where I guide them in arranging song forms, ensuring the structure complements the melody and lyrics. Additionally, I provide songwriting services, helping to refine lyrics and melodies, and bring the song to life with a polished, professional finish. My goal is to enhance the musical vision of my clients, making sure every element is cohesive and impactful.
