Indie Producer/Mixer

I am a creatively-minded producer, mixing, and mastering engineer with notable credits with indie-folk artists Tofusmell and Kai Warrior.

I love to create a conversational environment with my artists and find the best possible route to take in reaching a song's full potential. This could take longer than some producers tend to take, however I view it as necessary to the development of a truly great song. I draw on many influences in my day-to-day work, from crunchy, washed out shoegaze textures to soft, clear, and intimate indie-folk moments. I love long walks on the beach and the office.

In my mix work, I aim towards achieving an interesting and organic sound. I think that what makes a song great is a balancing act of clarity and grit.

For mastering I chase a transparent sound that has compatibility and translation across platforms. My goal overall is to create a sound that will communicate your vision whether its played on high end monitoring systems, or your cell phone.
