Hi, I'm Amy - a vocalist and songwriter based in Birmingham, UK.
I have been singing and songwriting for 20+ years, building up experience writing lyrics and vocal melodies within bands, collabs and on my own. I front an originals rock/metal band, Secrets of Mariana, which I thoroughly enjoy. I founded the project 10 years ago and have played a key role in the band when it comes to writing and structuring the songs. We have released 2 EP's and are currently in the process of recording our 3rd.
Furthermore, I have a degree in Sound Engineering and Production. I studied at Birmingham City University and graduated in 2014. I started working at a music studio in Birmingham city centre 10 years ago where I gained real life experience working alongside other musicians, assisting with their projects and recording in a professional environment.
Recording vocals is something I have been doing since working at the studio. I have worked on a variety of different projects as both the lead singer and as a backing vocalist. I am capable of fully editing vocals so they are ready to drop into your project.
If your project requires a lyricist I am also available to do this for you. I have been writing lyrics since the age of 7 and have since done countless online songwriting courses as well as attend songwriting retreats to keep my skills sharp.
