Patrick Rousseau on SoundBetter

Patrick Rousseau also known as Adrian Rose is a music composer, producer and mixing engineer; he was born the year 2003 in Santiago, Chile and lives in Berlin, Germany. His passion for music theory has made him explore many genres and instruments making him a Multi-Instrumentalist, that focuses on Neo-Soul, Lo-Fi Hip Hop and cinematic composition.

He is currently studying his BA (Hons) in Creative Audio Production and Sound Engineering at Catalyst Berlin in Funkhaus.

Some of his big influences are Mac Ayres, Solomon Fox, Elijah Fox and Yellow Days. From a passion in poetry, Rousseau focuses on creating worlds through storytelling, making the listener understand a story that’s not real. They are currently working on both projects “Patrick Rousseau” and “Adrian Rose” where they explore different parts of music, one using composition and sound design to achieve storytelling and the other using songwriting to put out the message.

Patrick is an outstanding engineer with a clear love and respect for music. I was fortunate enough to see him shine on a master he did for one of my recent tracks. Not only did he deliver incredible results, but he sought out to highlight the best moments of the song based on references and foundations that the song drew from. He also took the time to share his process, which in it of itself is a huge effort. I'd recommend Patrick to anybody who wants to take their project to the next level and really let their music breathe and shine!

  • Mastering for Mild Monk on "Infinity"May 30, 2023

"Inifity" is a DIY indie pop song composed and produced by the talented producer Henry Stein. I had the opportunity to master this song giving it the lift that it needed to shine with all of its light, I did research from the references that where provided to give the best product possible.

“Out of Touch” brings my new only instrumental project “Faethreck” to fruition, this track explores the boundaries of evolution through music, it loops into itself and evolves to grow into what it was meant to be. It’s really an analysis about life.
