As a keyboard player, drummer, guitar player singer myself, I understanD musicians are strange, wonderful people, with ideas that vary. Each person has a unique vision and goal with their tunes. I strive to dig in deep and bring that vision to the front of each mix, whatever that means.
I know 10 mixing engineers will give you 10 different mixes of the same stem tracks. The best engineers know their technical methods, for balancing tracks in the stereo image, for getting the track EQ and overall EQ just right. A mix needs a solid punchy bass wtihout being boomy. It needs a nice, smooth high end, and never be harsh or edgy. I know many ways to get it done right. Your happiness with the final mix is GUARANTEED!
