I've been Producing, Mixing & Recording artists for over 17 years. I specialize in Live Performance recording/mixing and Voiceover sound design. My previous experience includes : Apple, KROQ-FM,AMPRadio, Lionsgate, Spotify, Focus Features, Henry Rollins & Mark Hamill
I started at 106.7 KROQ-FM in Los Angeles 17 years ago and immersed myself in radio production and live performances from the best of the best. It was an amazing 12 years that taught me how to treat artists and more importantly how to capture their sound properly. After leaving KROQ I built and formed BNV Studios moving through different locations and now resting comfortable in Burbank, CA
For over 15 years I've mixed and recorded artists like Barrington Levy, Mike Posner, Jo Mersa Marley, Leona Lewis, Queens Of The Stone Age, Frenship, Kaleo and Andy Grammar to name a few.
BNV Studios has recently become a home for many Reggae Roots musicians thriving in the California Reggae movement.

A: Mixing full records, recording and mixing live performances, vocal sessions, creating & mixing sound design
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I always try to learn something from every artist or producer I work with. Producers I admire are Susan Rogers, Daniel Lanois and Greg Wells

A: BNV Studios sits inside of a place called DigiLand. I run a Midas console with a full array of Waves, Boz Digital, Eventide, Plugin Alliance and Izotope plugins to name a few.

A: I generally mix half in the box and half thru the console depending on what the sound demands. I use a Manley Voxbox for bass and vocal tracking and sometimes use it as outboard mixing.
