BIOGRAPHY
This makes the umpteenth in the record of young music makers who emerged from the church into the Nigerian music industry. Born Iniobong Afahaenam Adobafo, Ini is a full-breed musician whose talents have been put into work since the age of 10 as a bassist in his local settlement. He hails from Akwa Ibom state of Nigeria where he grew to develop his interest in playing the piano just after mastering the drum sets. Becoming an expert in drumming barely at the age of 15 from a large family where his brothers could take him through lessons in other musical instruments left him yet unfulfilled till he started to learn the bass guitar professionally from a random guy.
His never-ending thirst for the knowledge of music earned him a diploma in Music Theory at the Muson School of Music, Lagos Nigeria which equates to the same diploma award by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music in the United Kingdom.
Ini went on to become a full-time music producer, mixing and mastering engineer who has produced and mixed a lot of gospel/secular hits in the Nigerian music industry.
