Composer, Orchestrator, Guitar

Trained in composition, classical and electric guitar, piano and voice, he was involved in more than 50 projects as a composer, songwriter, producer, and performer.

"Music that balances traditional craft with a broad palette of contemporary expression" - Composer Pavle Gavrilovic was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, where he gained his first musical and compositional training.
His works have been performed in the United States and Europe by a variety of soloists and ensembles, including a performance of his String Quartet no.1 “Californian” by the Bay Area-based Friction Quartet and SFCM Chamber Orchestra.
A graduate of the Faculty of Musical Arts in Belgrade, and SFCM, where he studied with Isidora Žebeljan and David Conte respectively, he is currently pursuing a D.M. in Composition at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music.
His latest piece, Symphonic Sketches (2025), is his first major symphonic work and a strong representation of his current style.
