Andrés Baptista is a Venezuelan musician, producer and singer-songwriter from the state of Anzoátegui. He was born on April 25, 1997.

Composing songs since 2014, Andrés Baptista is categorized into genres such as; Pop, R&B and Dancehall, although he is willing to venture into other musical styles that allow him to express his messages to the public.

He began his career as an artist in 2018, publishing his first single "Todo Cambió" and making multiple presentations at events in the city of Lechería such as; MarinaFest, OktoberFest and night spots in the area.

Currently Andrés Baptista is in the production of what will be his first EP as an independent artist.

  14. A: Give me a demo as close as possible to the result you want and that you have good communication with me, show me references of how you would like to sound so that the pace of work is faster.

  15. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  16. A: Laptop, microphones, headphones, audio interface and guitar.

  17. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  18. A: I started at the age of 14, I enrolled in guitar classes for a few years I learned what was necessary to compose my first songs. singing at school events even in small venues in the city. I had the opportunity to open a concert for a recognized artist in the country in 2019. I started with music production in 2019, learning from audio editing programs, making my own songs composed and produced by me. to this day. I have surrounded myself with highly recognized and talented people in the area, learning from their skills and developing work methods that help me to be a better artist day by day.

  20. A: My style is Latin pop, accompanied by many harmonic vocal melodies. always looking for inspiration from new musical styles.

  22. A: I would like to collaborate with Twenty One Pilots. I feel that they have a versatility to achieve both organic and digital sounds. his productions are impeccable and experimental.

  24. A: Knowing what you want to transmit with the song that you are going to produce. It's like seeing your goal in the distance and knowing that despite the distractions you will reach the goal. having a good model will give you more clarity on what you want to achieve.

  25. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  26. A: I work many songs from the R&B style, Lo-fi with influences of Latin urban rhythms

  27. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  28. A: My strongest skill is catchy harmonies, accompanied by a set of chords that connect with people.

  29. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  30. A: My contribution to a song will always be simple and make it connect with the feeling and what the artist wants to convey. With my years of knowledge in music, look for a set of chords and melodies that stay in the minds of the people who listen to it.

  31. Q: What's your typical work process?

  32. A: wake up early, with fresh ideas. speak clearly with the client and reach an agreement and a joint vision of what you want to achieve.

  34. A: I have a conditioned homestudio in perfect condition to work on long sessions. As a DAW I use it is FL 20, with custom templates to speed up the pace of work, with unique libraries for each to find the ideal sound.

  36. A: Rels B, Feid, Ed Sheeran, Alvaro Diaz, LAGOS, Rauw Alejandro, Twenty One Pilots.

  37. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  38. A: Musical production from scratch, from the composition, lyrics, search for chords and catchy melodies. I try to help the artists to their best vocal interpretation so that they transmit a good energy, accompanying them with a good production and selection of sounds.
