Electronic music producer, engineer and artist, Jacob Briggs was inspired by the sonics of Hip-hop and R&B ever since a young age and has since found his passion within music production.
Achieving a BA (Hons) in Electronic Music Production atThe Academy of Contemporary Music, Jacob Briggs has worked under various industry professionals such as Shea Stedford (2x Library Music Award Nominee, Little Mix), Ashwin Seegobin (Popcaan, Beenie Man) and Tim Hawes (Ivor Novello Award).
Jacob Briggs has acquired many essential skills for the music industry such as mixing, mastering, instrumental composition, songwriting and studio sound engineering. Being fluent in Ableton Live and having a thorough knowledge of music theory, Jacob Briggs can utilize all the tools and techniques needed to achieve the desired sound for either himself or his collaborators.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Honesty.

A: I'm able to make a living from something I'm passionate about.

A: Learn as much as you can while you can.

A: I've been doing music since 2019.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Underground blended with contemporary.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Grime, Drill, Trap and R&B.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my attention to detail.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I aim to bring professional quality and originally to each track I work on.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work mainly in the box and for my setup I currently use - Logitech 2.1 speakers - 16GB 2.8GHz HP Laptop - BOYA M1000 Condensor microphone - Ableton Live 11 - FL Studio 21
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: From the UK, I'm heavily influenced by Grime artists such as Wiley, JME and Skepta. From the US, I highly praise the superior production work of producers like Dr. Dre and Noah "40" Shebib.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly offer mixing and mastering services for my clients. I produce instrumentals to lease on BeatStars and occasionally rap, write and record vocals for other artists.
