My field of expertise is groovy, funky music, soul, blues, jazz and alternative rock, but my love for music spreads much wider than that.
I am a guitarist/ bass player, singer, songwriter, music producer, mix and master engineer and sound designer. I love to be in the studio recording and I devote my heart and soul to whatever song I have to work with. I work with Logic Pro, Cubase and Ableton Live (a little bit with Pro Tools as well). I have worked in a music studio in Berlin, where I recorded and produced albums and singles for artists and clients. Send me stuff, I would love to help you out - whether it's writing lyrics, mixing, mastering, singing or playing an instrument!

Interview with Momma T
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Simplicity goes a long way
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I am a self-taught musician and been playing since I was about 11.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Real real real funky and soulful.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Tank from Tank and the Bangas, because she is pure light.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Funk, soul, neo-soul, RnB, hip hop, pop, funk/rock...
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Performing live, playing really funky blues guitar and singing my lungs out to entretain and move a crowd. But I'm great in the studio too!!
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A funky, low-down dirty feeling! I'm passionate as can be, and I growl and howl and hustle to the bone to get the sound I want and that the client wants.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My setup is simple but effective: I have a fender Telecaster, an electroacoustic Grestch guitar, a Hofner bass and a Bass VI (Fender). Got an AKG mic with which I record all my vocals; I work on a really good Macbook and hear through a Focusrite interface and with Beyerdinamic headphones!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am very inspired by soul and neo-soul artists like Jill Scott, for example, and I follow several music production professionals like Rick Beato, Jayme Lewis, Chris Lorde-Alge, and channels like the Pro Audio Files, Produce like a Pro, etc...
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly record vocals (lead and/or backing vocals and harmonies) for people's songs, play electric guitar and bass and do mixing and audio-editing.
