Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: One project I’m especially proud of is my single ‘Charlie Chaplin’. It took me six months to write, the longest I’ve ever spent on a song, because I wanted to do it justice. I carefully crafted the lyrics, inspired by old Charlie Chaplin skits, and infused the track with joy, empowerment, and cultural references. My role: I was the songwriter, vocalist, and creative director—I wrote all the lyrics, created the melody, and guided the overall concept. Collaborating with producer OptionBeatz, we turned the idea into a polished Afrobeats track that’s fun, uplifting, and authentic to my artistic vision.
