Hi there, I'm kotoji and I'm a singer-songwriter and lyricist! As an independent indie rock artist, I write, co-produce, session and record all my original music. I have worked with other songwriters and written lyrics in mainly Pop, R&B and Indie. I have also written English-translated/adapted version of lyrics from songs in non-English languages.
I can write on a pre-existing beat or from scratch depending on the brief. I write mainly on my guitar but can play the bass, do vocal arrangement/back-up work on top of demo singing as well.

kotoji composed an instrumental piece used in our prototype game ('the things we deal with') for submission to a game jam (Heritage Game Jam 2020). After an explanation of the game's themes and mechanics, she delivered an excellent piece perfectly in line with the tone of the game even at an extreme short notice. The dreamy and nostalgic atmosphere she created with electric guitars and bass was stunning! We are extremely satisfied with her work and would love to work with her on future projects.
