  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: The artist "Vella" and her debut album, I signed her, produced her project.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  10. A: I love music, I love making things sound amazing and different.

  13. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  14. A: That I only do one specific genre.

  19. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: I started young around 16, Im now 42 yrs old.

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: Modern and Futuristic

  25. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  26. A: Trent Reznor, because of his eclectic use of instruments and sound design.

  27. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  28. A: If your drums are not hitting right don't just go layering more sounds on top of each other, find the right sound to begin with.

  29. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  30. A: It's across the board, I am currently working on everything from Dark/Melodic Techno projects, Electronic Pop, Rock and Hip Hop.

  31. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  32. A: Producing Records, developing a sound for the artist and brand.

  33. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  34. A: I take the music to another level sonically.

  35. Q: What's your typical work process?

  36. A: My production process starts with programming, either drums or musical progressions and moves into sound design. Once I have a work to a good space I will start to produce and record the vocals, I move into editing and melodyning vocals and start my mix process following that.

  37. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  38. A: ProTools HDX system, UA (Currently have 3 UA PCIE cards in my computer), using the Antelope Galaxy 32 HDX as my primary interface, outboard gear - BURL Bomber A-D Converter, Retro STA Level, AMS RMX 16, SSL Ultra Violet EQ, Neve Tape Saturators, Burl Mic Preamps. Loads of guitar pedals, amps, Moogs etc.

  39. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  40. A: Growing up in Detroit I was inspired by Dilla and Slum Village as a young producer. Another big one for me has always been Trent Reznor.

  42. A: Full Productions, Mixing
