Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Doble Sentido has been my main project since 20 years ago. Its a family project I have been working with my brother. I am the singer and the guitarist.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am working in my own project Doble Sentido and playing around Central America
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both analog and digital offer different textures. I use analog pedals on my pedalboard but the portability and reliability of digital gear is an advantage.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I grew up as if playing music was my favorite game and the instruments my toys, so when I am making music I feel very passionate.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Acoustic guitar, laptop, interface, headphones and a mic.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been working with music for more than 20 years, I began studying in the Conservatory of Barquisimeto in Venezuela when I was a kid.

A: Clean and percussive.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, funk, Reagge, Latin pop, Ballads
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a Shure SM7b with a mic preamp and Yamaha Studio Monitors, I have my guitar gear, pedalboard, a Fender Stratocaster, a Telecaster, an Ibanez Jem and a Takamine when is needed.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: The Beatles, John Mayer, Muse
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I record vocal tracks, electric guitars for my clients.
