I am a touring singer songwriter specializing in pop songwriting with sync placements on 2 of my original songs in feature films in 2022. I play guitar, and excel with hooks and general melody writing.
I have been releasing songs independently for the last 2 years, amassing over 200k streams on Spotify during that time. I write and perform all of my own music. In 2022 I had 2 songs synced in feature films. The first was in Kevin Smith's Clerks 3, and the second is featured in a festival film that is currently winning awards and releasing worldwide in 2023.
I am a trained singer with multiple vocal styles and a wide range. I comfortably sit somewhere between a baritone and a tenor.
I play guitar, and specialize in pop songwriting. Hooks and general melodies are my greatest strength as a writer. You can get a strong sense of my style from the 4 songs I currently have on Spotify under "Ben Bateman"
