Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: For the song track "Pumpkin Head", it was the first time I took a leap of faith so to speak for my musical abilities and ignored all of the negative comments to discourage me to pursue this field as my passion. I even had a couple of good friends hop on the track to do vocals for me. Not only were they happy to help but we all had a blast with the song and really connected deeper as friends over the experience.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: Post Malone cover "Better Now"

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: To my knowledge I do not know anybody personally that uses this platform to promote their skillset even though they should. However, if I did I would definitely recommend them.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: I prefer digital. Although I think analog gear is still amazing to this day, most of us are on a budget and don't have thousands of dollars to buy or even rent top of the line analog gear. Digital software and plugins have come a long way and only show promise to improve at a fraction of the cost of analog gear.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: To be patient, flexible, and driven just ask I ask clients to be with me.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: This challenges me to become a better producer and musician overall

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: Q: How long will this take for you to complete? A: Although I ask to be allowed up to 10 business days, it may take a bit more time depending on the complexity of what you want to have done. Q: Are you able to produce songs outside of your preferred genre niche? A: Yes, however I will need a guideline and some references to help you get the best result out of this session that you deserve.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: I can turn chicken $H!T into chicken salad. I can only perform to the best of my abilities with the material and information I am given. This however is more so directed towards one's attitude and demeanor rather than knowledge or skillset.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: What is the overall feel of the song? What is the tempo and key of the song? Are there any drastic changes that happen in the song?

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Be flexible and respectful. As musicians we are all in this journey together and we can help each other out the most effectively if we work as a team.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: Acoustic guitar, Acoustic drum kit, All of my music related books, cell phone with my music saved on it, Portable generator to charge essentials...…until I run out of gas

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: My career path is to make a full time income with music. I have doing music for over 10 years and I can't step away from it.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: I try to sneak in elements of all of my other favorite genres rationally throughout a song without it feeling like a sloppy mesh.

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: A Day To Remember because they embody most of the musical genres I love

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Keep at it even if inspiration doesn't strike in the moment. Repetition creates perfection.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Metal, rock, and pop punk.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: Empathy. As artists, we tend to get stuck in our own headspace sometimes which can be demotivating. I definitely have had my struggles as well and want to help others as best as I can to overcome any fears and doubts. I promise if you work with me, you will be in a judgment free environment.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: An open mind. As simple and cliché as that may sound, I never want to have the mindset of "I know everything" because I truly don't. I aspire to try and learn something new each day which makes me better and more adaptable at what I do.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I start writing riffs and composing melodies until I find the right groove. Once I get over the initial block things come much more quickly and naturally.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I try to have an inviting studio space that says professional and judgement free. The studio can be intimidating especially for newer musicians and I want to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I even have video games set up in a near by room for guests while they wait.

A: They have an idea in their head that they want to transpose to a song. My job is to make it happen.
