Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Every project that I mix or master is unique. I feel blessed and enjoy the experiences that I have been lucky enough to be involved with.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Being a part of an artist's or band's creative process. I am always amazed at how talented people are. It's fascinating.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Everyone is different.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Mix Timeline, Any reference songs that you can provide so I can get an idea of what type of "sound" you are looking for in a mix.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: There is a creative side to mixing and mastering. Audio Engineers need time to create great sounding mixes.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Mixing Hip-Hop, Pop, Country, and R&B Albums Currently.

A: No

A: Both. The approach that I have engaged is the best of analogue and digital.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: When mixing or mastering with me as your audio engineer, you'll end up with results that you love. I do not stop mixing until YOU are happy with the results.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That mixing and mastering is easy and can be done quickly with minimal effort

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path has always been in recording studios, audio engineering. I've been audio engineering in professional recording studios for 25 years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Open Minded, Detail Oriented, Invested in Creating Superior Sound Quality Overall, I see each song as a "Sonic Work Of Art" and I Approach Each Mix or Master with that Mindset.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Passionate artists who are dedicated to making good music. That's what I am attracted to organically.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Think outside the box, be original and never stop doing it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip-Hop, R&B, Acoustic, Chillout, all types. I am inspired by good music which in turn then unlocks my creativity to mix and master through my passion to provide the best sound possible for each and every song.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My critical listening skills. The ability to craft a "sound" in the mix which is unique with outstanding sound quality and innovative audio engineering techniques.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A detailed and professional ear which can take a song mix to the next level. It is my goal to mix a song to show the best attributes of any given artist.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When mixing new songs, I usually take a day or two to simply listen to each song to "absorb what's there." My mixing process is organic and nature, as i listen i become inspired to do interesting things with each individual song. Once I get the mix into great shape, I typically send a "Version 1 Mix" to keep each artist engaged and part of the process.

Focal Reference Monitoring. Full Acoustically Treated Recording & Listening Environments In-line with Professional Standards.
