I'm Josh! I have been producing, recording, performing, engineering and arranging for almost 15 years. I am particularly focused on producing vocals and getting them in tune and in the pocket! I work with a wide variety of singers (varying skill levels, genre focus, style, etc.). Every singer is unique and gifted in certain areas while in others they just need a little polish! I will get your vocals right smack in the center of your pocket and in the groove. If you need a little (or a lot of!) tuning, I will get your vocals perfectly in tune while maintaining the integrity of the initial performance. There's no need to "sound tuned." Your vocals will be "in" just enough so that any processing is entirely untraceable. I will also create harmony arrangements for you! Whether it's a two-part or 30-part harmony arrangement, you will be so pleased with what I am uniquely able to create with you!
As a producer, I also create instrumental arrangements particularly focused on keyboard parts. As a studio musician who has covered a wide variety of genres, nothing is beyond my expertise!

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work on a single computer with an Apollo Twin X interface and a AKG P420 mic. I record a lot of piano tracks on my Nord Stage 3 but I mostly record using various plugins like Kontakt and Keyscape (all hail Spectrasonics!). I also use set of Yamaha HS8 studio monitors for playback.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Jacob Collier and Charlie Puth are two musicians whose work and approach I greatly admire. Their pop/jazz flare is individually unique and masterful.
