Hi, I’m Jean-Charles, a mastering engineer based in Paris, specialized in electronic music.

I focus on techno, industrial, hard techno and club-oriented electronic genres.
More than 3,000 tracks mastered for producers and labels across Europe.

My approach is simple: maximum impact, controlled dynamics and perfect translation on real club sound systems.

As a DJ and producer under the name O.N.L, I understand what a track truly needs to work in a club. Not just loud, but powerful, clear and stable at high SPL.

I work fully in the digital domain with a precise and club-focused workflow. Fast turnaround available when needed.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with artists such as Nico Moreno, DYEN, Vladimir Cauchemar, along with many labels and collectives within the European techno scene.

I’ve also worked as a recording and mixing engineer, producing live studio sessions with bands.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Techno - Industrial Techno - Hardcore - Hardtechno - Hardstyle - Trance.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work only digital. I chose that solution for the flexibility, the easy recalls and the short deadlines easy to respect. You can get your track ready in less than 48h.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Chab, Alex Gopher, Alexis Bardinet, David Hachour.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly do digital mastering for my clients. I also spend a lot of time doing feedback on production.
