  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I took the lead role in making the album "Basement Tapes by INIGO. I made many of the piano/guitar + vocal demos into fully arranged "band" songs, wrote, played and recorded various instrument and vocal parts, then mixed and mastered the entire record.

  4. A: With a singer, reworking and re-releasing tracks as well as working on new material.

  16. A: Do you want to hire me as an artist to form a collective vision or someone to materialize your vision?

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: Ask yourself what your song needs and what it could be. There are multiple answers. It's up to you and those who you collaborate with which answer you go with.

  19. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  20. A: My main electric guitar, my main guitar amp, an overdrive pedal, a delay pedal and a reverb pedal.

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: Started out producing for fun over 10 years ago, learning to mix my own tracks, then progressed to playing instruments and recording. I've only worked more with others in the last five years.

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: Pop with varying mixtures of influences from different styles.

  25. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  26. A: None specifically at the moment.

  28. A: A good production is only as good as the song.

  29. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  30. A: Rock-based music i.e. pop/rock, metal, country-pop, indie-pop. Anything else I work on, like electronic music will have rock music influences.

  32. A: Arrangement

  34. A: Interesting harmony, complementary (instrument) parts, well thought-out arrangement.

  36. A: Gathering inspiration, experimentation, iterating on ideas, then building upon chosen ideas.

  38. A: Home studio with acoustic guitars, electric guitars, tube amps, digital piano, v-drums, couple of condenser and dynamic microphones, studio monitors.

  40. A: Andy McKee, Max Martin, Michael Hedges, Nathan Chapman, T-Bone Burnett

  42. A: Production, playing/recording instruments, mixing.
