  1. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  2. A: Digital. It allows me to take my computer anywhere and work on projects at any time.

  3. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  4. A: "Turn it up, it sounds better"

  5. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  6. A: What is your end goal with getting these songs mixed? What is your ideal reference for these mixes? What is your creative vision as an artist and how does this music play into that bigger picture?

  7. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  8. A: I graduated from school in 2018 with a music production degree and ran multiple studios on the east coast from 2019-2022 before moving out to LA earlier this year

  9. Q: How would you describe your style?

  10. A: Big and Punchy

  11. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  12. A: Primarily Hip/Hop and Trap but have worked with many clients in the indie, pop and rnb world

  13. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  14. A: Depth of emotion. I have always had the ability to create big moments within a piece of music.

  15. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  16. A: I do my best to bring out the most important elements and to make sure that the song is moving and conveying the right emotions.

  17. Q: What's your typical work process?

  18. A: After first engaging with the client and receiving references, I organize my sessions and then get right into mixing. I take regular breaks as to ensure my ears don't get fatigued. I do my best to keep the clients vision in mind while returning mixes back in a quick and timely manner.

  19. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  20. A: Mike Dean. His ability to work as both a producer and an engineer is exactly what I strive to model. His outside the box way of thinking and overall creative skill is inspiring to me.
