Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I've record in studio playing the lead on a song that I created and I loved the whole process
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm still new to Georgia so I'm working on getting heard and hopefully signed to a contract.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Not as I know of.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I like both. Digital is a crisper sound, more technical. Analog is more raw and real. I love it either way
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: To fulfill their need for music

A: My job just pays bills, music is my passion

A: Do I play R&B, usually for weddings

A: Musician are hard to work with

A: Get ready for something beautiful
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My alto sax, my soprano sax, my phone, a Bluetooth speaker, and something to record with
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been playing for over forty years

A: Smooth and unique
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: There are so many but, Saleen Johnson comes immediately to mind because she's a Chicagoan like me. We even went to the same high school.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: If an artist is chosen to play, they're chosen for the way they play. Give them room to be themselves.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Jazz, R&B, and Gospel
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Playing covers and creating for new music
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: To put it simply, I bring flavor to any song or situation. I'm very versatile and can adapt to the music.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I play by ear but can also read sheet music if needed. Playing comes naturally and I learn new music quickly

A: I recently relocated to Georgia and don't have a studio setup
