Mix Engineer & Producer

Mixed by Scoop on SoundBetter

Seasoned Mix & Mastering engineer with over 20 years of experience Self taught, with an amazing ear! Based in Houston, TX. Let's work!

First and foremost, I genuinely love making music at every stage of the process. I come from a producer background so I am very well versed in music production itself. What separates me from other mix engineers is my unique taste in sonic quality. I'm able to connect to the music in a way that puts me in the front seat with the artist and truly understanding the vision of the project. I work primarily on Hip Hop, Trap, R&B, and EDM.

All that said, I started my musical journey at the age of 13 or so when I got my first pair of Gemini turntables and a mixer. I quickly fell in love with music and eventually I began making beats a short time later. From there I began tracking/recording artist, then came producing full projects. Finally, I began taking mixing & mastering much more seriously and this has been my primary focus ever since!

I mix in a well-treated room on Focal Twin6 speakers, and a variety of other high quality reference sources (speakers and headphones). These days I mix 100% ITB but I do have access to vintage analog gear if required.

I pride myself on being very easy to work with and completely focused on getting the best results on every project!

At the end of the day, I treat every project like its my 1st and last project, your project will be in great hands.
