Emerging bass talent gigging in Los Angeles with the desire to perform the best bass line for the song. Primarily rock focused with a jazz background, I create basslines that compliment lead melodies while tying in rhythm and harmonic ideas into a song.
I have been playing music since the age of three and have played bass for the past 18 years as my primary instrument. I played in several bands on the East Coast before moving west where I currently play with two bands, Hello Stranger (alt-rock) and Alpine Camp (jam/americana). I also play in a cover band that focuses on top 40 and danceable music called All Access.
My goal with any song is to come up with something that fits the need. I love to play off melodies without stepping on toes and make sure that the progression of a song is properly outlined. I am happy to provide free consultation on your songs and any brief demo of an idea I have before you decide to hire me. I am easy to work with and put the song before myself.
