I am a 1500 Sound Academy alum who received a scholarship from James Fauntleroy and worked as the executive assistant to Larrance Dopson, now on my own journey as an artist featured on projects from Problem (Jason Martin), and MRCL. I have learned the ins-and-outs of music and songwriting and want to share my talents to help elevate others as well.

Hi! My name is SOLYSSE. With my own music, I separate myself by inviting listeners to dive into their emotions with an immersive experience through vulnerable songwriting, inimitable sonics, and vocals with a power to heal.
I have been singing since I was 3 years old, grew up performing with a worship band at church through highschool and established myself as an artist professionally in 2020. Then on to being a scholarship Alum from 1500 Sound Academy, founded by Rance Dopson and James Fauntleroy, and collaborations as supporting artist with artists like MRCL on his project “Mantras” featuring artists such as Zacari, Katori Walker, Kembe X, and more. Also being a featured vocalist on West Coast’s own, Jason Martin’s (Formerly known as ‘Problem’) debut album, on the song "Enter the Dark".
I then worked as the executive assistant to Larrance Dopson of 1500 or Nothin', very closely learning the ins-and-outs of music production, songwriting, and music business.

I offer services that have anything to do with vocals, such as demo tracks, vocal samples, singing hooks, background vocals etc. I also offer songwriting alongside this, writing hooks, songs, etc. However I can help bring your vision to life, I'm super open to any inquiries or ideas you may have! :)
