Hi! I’m Víctor Ayuso, Barcelona born and London based producer and mixing engineer.

I specialise in producing and mixing electronic, dance, and pop music but have experience mixing across a variety of genres including alt-pop, r&b, Film and TV soundtracks, and sound design audio. My mixing is driven by careful attention to detail and a focus on understanding what the client and the song needs. I also specialise in electronic music production, characterised by atmospheric instrumentation and a warm tonality through the blending of analog and organic elements.

Qualifications:
· Graduated 2021 as Master of Arts - Commercial Music Producer from Tileyard Education/London 
· Studio & sound engineer at TYE London Studios, working alongside industry professionals like Sean Hargreaves, Martin Ware, and Michael Harwood (Ultra & Tileyard Music). As well as artists such as Mega (Nettwerk Recordings), Rojaz and Maella. 
· Production credits - airplay in BBC Radio 1, Rinse FM, WizRadio, BBC introducing South, Radio X & more

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Not the most techy tip but.. from my experience it's all about the feeling, always trust your ears and personal taste over meters and other technical aspects. Focusing on that will help you work faster, more efficient and also enjoy more the process, which will help immensely to achieve a better final result!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: They will be satisfied with the result and looking forward to working with me again :)
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The creative and technical aspects of it, as well as the humans connections!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Their deadlines and the direction of the song/project and to try to be clear and reasonable during communication about the whole process.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I mainly work on electronic music (house, dance, IDM, indie) and pop, but also have experience in producing and mixing singer-songwriter, cinematic and classical music.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Understanding people and what they're looking for with their song. I feel taking the time to actually understand the project and the artist you're working for massively helps to achieve the best possible result. Having good ears and a lot of attention to detail, as well as a deep musical understanding allows me to fully understand the direction of each track I work on.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mixing and additional production is what I do the most. I also write, produce and ocassionally engineer. I also offer mastering services for lower-budget products.
