Hi there!
Edwin Huits here. I'm from the Netherlands, where I attended the SAE college for sound engineering and where I started working in the music industry professionally with record labels such as Universal Music in 2002.  
In 2012 I moved to Japan where I built my own recording studio and where I have been working with some of the industries top artists, such as Japanese multiple hit band "Do As Infinity", for which all of the last albums since 2018 have been recorded at my studio (HUITS, LLC.).
My music has also been published through Japanese top label Avex Trax, for whom I have been working as a composer and songwriter.
Apart from my work with signed artists, I also do a lot of work for film and TV, which includes overdubs, post-production, foley, original scores, voice-over work and sound design for productions such as the TV series "Friends", but I have also composed music for over hundreds of TV commercials.
As a live sound engineer I have worked with acts ranging in genre from symphonic metal (e.g. Within Temptation) to singer-songwriter (e.g. Jennifer Ewbank) and as a musician I played on records as well as live alongside major artists from around the globe.
This said, I find most joy in working with indie artists, whom I can help succeed and make their dreams come true.
