I have worked with Tal in the past. She has recorded some wonderful harp parts for two of my songs that are now out in Spotify! First, it was the piece called "Quietude", you can hear it in Spotify if you put in my name. Then "Resonance", which was part of my E.P. "Cerasus".
I am thinking of working with her in the future! It was such a pleasure. She is very professional and the recordings that she brings forward are always top quality.

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: My project with Fifty Grand “Call to the well”, I like so much how the harp fits in so naturally with the effects and production, it’s all very flattering the harp and show it in it’s best.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  8. A: A lot of musicians thinks that writing for harp and for piano is the same, there is some similarities but it’s actually different in many ways.

  9. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  10. A: I like to know what are they going to use the recording for. If I record for an orchestra project I always like to get also a midi recording with all the other instruments playing so I’ll know their vision for the harp better.

  11. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  12. A: If you’re not sure how to arrange a part for a harp, do be shy and ask for help and tips from the provider.

  21. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  22. A: In order to get the full sound of the harp it’s better to use a wav file rather then an MP3. The MP3 compress the sound of the harp and Cuts off the overtones and that what makes the sound very slow.
