Hi there! My name is Shelby Tanaka. I’m 30 years old and have been growing my passion for music and sound since I was a kid. I’ve always been fascinated with different types of musical genres and how they take influences from each other. I also fell in love with post-audio work, creating real-to-life recordings for film/etc.
I have pursued a music career for most of my life and have gained 10 plus years of recording/song writing and live music experience.
I am the lead vocalist and lyricist for heavy rock band “The Kodiak” in Vancouver City, touring Canada in 2018 and co-writing on 5 singles in the last 4 years.
