➡ Music Production, Mixing, Mastering and Advanced Vocal Processing ⬅ Frustrated that most producers out there always show the "after" and never the "before"? I'll show you both. I have an extensive portfolio showcasing my production, mixing, vocal processing and mastering with BEFORE vs AFTER examples.

▶ Advanced Vocal Production

Have a good singing voice and decent recording equipment but your vocals never sound like what you hear in your favorite songs? I can solve that problem

✅ I can manually tune the vocals to make them sound exactly on pitch while still very natural
✅ I can fix all the timing issues and make sure that all the vocal layers are perfectly aligned
✅ I can do doubling to make the vocals sound wider and richer
✅ I can make sure your vocals are crisp and stable in terms of volume and frequency spectrum

▶ Music Production

✅ All kinds of EDM - House (Slap, Deep, Future, Progressive, Electro, Tropical), Trance (Progressive, Uplifting), Midtempo, Bigroom, Future Bass
✅ Retro (Synthwave, Synthpop, Disco, Cyberpunk)
✅ Chill (Lo-fi, Ambient, Meditation Music)
✅ Acoustic (Piano, Cinematic, Trailer Music)
✅ Hip-hop, Trap
✅ Anything Pop

▶ Mixing and Mastering

✅ I can mix and master anything to industry standards regardless of genre
✅ I will make your track sound just as loud, dense and bright as the rest of your playlist
✅ I will smooth out all the unpleasant frequencies so that everything blends in perfectly
✅ I will work on creating multiple sound dimensions within the song using various types of space and stereo processing
✅ I will make sure that all the elements are equally audible and have their own place in the mix

Interview with Cyril T.

  1. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  2. A: I will make you sound SIGNIFICANTLY better. And even radio-ready if the quality of the recordings/samples you supply allow it

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: Vocal production. There's something really satisfying to me in fixing the imperfections in someone else's recording. While others are too lazy to do anything other than slapping on an autotune plugin with some default settings, I really take the time to tune each syllable manually, which helps me achieve the most natural-sounding result possible.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: I've been making music since I was 12 years old. I didn't know anyone who could've taught me, so I taught myself by watching Youtube tutorials and dissecting my favorite Pop and Dance songs. Starting by remixing music by different well-known artists, a few years later I moved on to making my own songs, which eventually led to collaborating with vocalists on Progressive Trance tracks under my artist name and releasing them on record labels as well as ghost-producing via the largest ghost production platform "EDM Ghost Production". And as for the last few years, I've been making all kinds of music and processing audio for various artists and businesses.

  7. Q: How would you describe your style?

  8. A: Regardless of the style I'm working in, my music just makes sense. I have a very logical and precise way of thinking, and it's well reflected in how I make music. The melodies I write are catchy, coherent and memorable.

  9. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  10. A: Sound selection is everything. No amount of mixing or mastering can truly fix a sound that just doesn't fit. That's why replacing a sound is usually a lot more effective than mixing the heck out of it.

  11. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  12. A: EDM genres, Pop and anything with vocals

  13. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  14. A: Digital, obviously. Because these days you can make any digital instrument sound analog, and I've become pretty good at it while learning how to produce Lo-Fi and Synthwave. There's plenty of plugins out there that you can use to achieve that effect without sacrificing the flexibility and convenience the digital approach offers.

  15. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  16. A: I'm making music loops in different genres for a couple of iPhone apps (called Drum Pad and DJ Pad One), where there's a set of buttons on the screen, each triggering a different sequence to play. The users can push these buttons in any order they want and put a track together. I've already made over 6000+ of these loops and I'm still working with this client.

  17. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  18. A: Width, depth, polish and the radio quality you're hearing in your favorite tracks.

  19. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  20. A: The ability to write infectious melodies regardless of the genre.

  21. Q: What's your typical work process?

  22. A: It varies from project to project, but here's what I usually do. First, I will ask the client to explain the kind of sound they're after and provide me with some reference songs so I can make sure I understand their vision. Then I will usually make a demo for them to check and tell me if it's in the right direction. Finally, I finish the rest of the song and we move on to the revisions if there are any.

  23. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  24. A: i7-10700 32GB RAM (PC), Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro (headphones), Avid Fast Track Solo (audio interface), Yamaha Portable Grand (digital piano), Yamaha HS8 (studio monitors), Marantz MPM-1000 (microphone), Ableton Live 11 (DAW). Plugins I use the most are Ableton, Waves, Fabfilter, ValhallaDSP, Baby Audio and iZotope plugins. Synthesizers\romplers I use the most: Nexus 3, Avenger, Spire, Massive X, Diva, Hive, Omnisphere.
