Electric/Acoustic guitars specializing in ambience, tone, and texture (Tom Petty, U2, Coldplay, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, etc.)

As a session guitar player based in Nashville, I specialize in rock, blues and country and am mainly known as an ambient/texture guy along the lines of U2, Pink Floyd, Coldplay, etc. My rock/country guitar playing is influenced by tasteful guitarists like Mike Campbell, Keith Richards, and Daniel Lanois. Focusing on texture, tone, parts and vibe, I believe guitar playing should always serve the song.

My process is simple and designed to give you what you need as efficiently as possible. If you know what you want I can easily do it. If you're unsure about what you want then I'm happy to lend my years of professional experience to help you create the best guitar parts for your song. I'm a fan of layering and panning and will send you fully edited and comped finished tracks so all you’ll need to do is plug them into your song. Included is a .txt file called "Session Notes" with my detailed thoughts behind each track. I'm easy to work with and can communicate ideas very clearly with artists about the vision of a song in terms of tone, parts, references, etc. Let's make some music!

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

Third time using Clint for full-service guitar work on a new song. He nails it every time. Thick, rich textures and beautiful leads. At the most recent studio I stopped by to track final vocals, the engineer said "who is this playing guitar??" Highly, highly recommend.

Once again, tremendous work. Lots of tracks, textures, riffs, swells, things I didn't know the song needed. He has a great ear for parts and executes them perfectly. Do your song a favor and hire Clint.

Clint is a Music Master and he has the genuine soulful sound that will give your song the sensational guitar you yearn to hear. He is incredibly quick in his work and gives very detailed instructions on how to easily mix your music. He adds vocal references to his tracks to make it simple to line up the music. On a scale of 1-10 he is a 10 Plus!
