I specialize in different styles such as prog rock, metal, country, indie, funk, fusion, etc.
I can write drums for your song or follow your suggestions.
I allow UNLIMITED revisions until you get exactly the drums you want!
All I need is an mp3 of your song, the sample rate you're working on and a click track if possible, if you don't have it no worries! I'll figure out the tempo!
After everything has been discussed, I will record a demo in my studio and I'll send you an mp3 file. If you’re 100% happy with the result, I will send you HQ multi-track drum files.
I record using Roland V-Drums with the best VST Plug-In on the market (Superior Drummer 3). I have a huge range of drum kits from metal to vintage sounds and hundreds of snares and cymbals to meet all your criteria! A ton of channels available and a lot of mix flexibility to get isolated tracks for cymbals, bleed control on each drum track. Far, mid and close range room microphones and much more!
I assure a high quality natural sound on raw drum tracks!

Interview with Bashir Dahrieh
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: That each project I get is a surprise to discover! That I get to do what I love which is play drums, record and be creative! That I'm super happy to always get positive feedbacks from my clients, it means I make them happy with my work and for me that's incredibly rewarding. That I get to record drums for music that's gonna be sounding somewhere in the world.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I take very seriously each job I'm involved in and my goal always is to give full potential to the song, no matter the genre. If it's a song with a steady groove, I like to make it as steady and solid as possible, giving always room for everything in the song to shine. If it's a song with a lot of elements to put on, I like to be as creative and musical as possible. Of course working always along with the client's suggestions and needs.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: As a versatile musician I've been inspired by many artists: drummers like Mike Portnoy, Thomas Lang, Dennis Chambers, Simon Phillips, Dave Weckl. Artists like John Mayer, Michael Jackson, Bruno Mars, Slash, Myles Kennedy, Jeff Buckley, Dave Grohl and many others.

A: I'm a versatile drummer with inclination to progressive metal.

A: Musicianship
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When I get a song from a client before everything I just listen to it, try to get a basic drum map in my mind to analize which grooves and drum kit I'll be using for that specific project and then I discuss any details or suggestions the client wants in terms of grooves, fills, etc. Then I get to record the drums and I send an mp3 demo to the client to listen and send me any feedbacks to modify, arrange or change anything if needed. I like to work on the song as much as necessary and send as many revisions as needed in order to make the client happy with the final result! When the client is satisfied with everything I prepare all the tracks to send. Normally my workflow is very fast in terms of completing jobs.
