My background as a classically trained percussionist and lifelong obsession with audio equipment has driven my sound-first approach to mixing and production, and informed my philosophy that translating the artist's vision is the most important thing. The emotive core of a song is what makes the difference between good and great art, and I see my role as a mixer and producer as making your music sound like what it wants to be.
