Let's bring the absolute best out of your music! I love really getting to know an artist to create the master you've been dreaming of! All genres welcome - Free Mastering Sample - Free Mix Feedback
I offer high quality, fast, reliable mastering services to get your music sounding its best at industry standard loudness levels. I want to spend the time to get inside an artists head to really understand your vision for the music and the master. This way I can deliver a custom master that's done as if the artist were a mastering engineer. I've worked on hundreds of masters with artists and labels from around the world. Mentored by elite Mastering Engineers Blake La Grange (P.O.D., Kanye West, Lil' Wayne etc) and Caleb Loveless .
As a trumpet player I've released two solo albums, one on Ropeadope Records, performed for audiences as larger as large 5,000 and at Venue's including Musikfest, the Kimmel Center, SOUTH Jazz Kitchen, Knaur Performing Arts Center, and Snug Harbor. I've shared the stage with artists including Yolanda Wisher, Wes Anderson, Jermain Bryson - Trombone player of Kool and the Gang, Kuf Knotz and Christine Elise, Erik Kramer, The Lunar Year and V. Shayne Frederick.
I can play clean, but I prefer a raw lively sound in trumpet playing. Recorded with a Royer R-121 through Apollo Heritage x4.

Endorse Paul GiessGreat work! Very cooperative and prompt. He also gives good feedback.
Extremely fast and good service. Professional all around.
I really enjoyed working with Paul. He provided me with valuable feedback regarding my track, as well as a few practical tools and tips I could use to make my tracks sound better overall. On top of that, the final mix he brought back to me sounded amazing, and was right on with my own expectations of the final track. Very excited to continue working with him in the future.
Paul was a blast to work with. Paul set up a call with me to discuss my expectations for the final track. Throughout the process, Paul coached me and provided helpful feedback about what a producer can do to make sure the final master comes out excellent.
After a round of edits on my end, Paul delivered the finalized track and it blew me away. I highly recommend Paul to any producer that wants honest and actionable feedback on their tracks and a quality master.
I am excited to work with Paul again in the near future!
Paul really listens to your personal preferences before doing his mastering magic.
He knows the right questions to ask and actually uses your input for creating a master that's tailor-made. My mix came out massively full and crisp. He even shared some trade secrets for me to look into myself. Great guy! Awesome engineer!I came across Paul from a reddit post, and happened to have a track ready to be mastered. I had never had one of my songs mastered by someone else, and I must say I am very impressed. Not only did Paul do everything to make my song sound a bit more "full", and up to industry standard volumes. But he also took the time to give me some very helpful tips and feedback that I am finding quite valuable. He was very fast and professional as well. Can't wait to have another song for him!
Paul is awesome to work with!! He's very professional and very attentive when it comes to his work. Not only that though, he gets the job done in a timely manner with great results. He's recommended 100% for your mixing and mastering projects!
Working with Paul was a breath of fresh air in so many ways. He mastered a Drum and Bass track for us that was a tricky project to say the least (vocals, 2 very different stylistic drops) and he brought all the elements out, brightly and loudly, in the master.
The turnaround time was much faster than any Mastering Engineer I’ve worked with in the past. He was also quick and precise with our revision requests that resulted in a second pass that we are very, very happy with.
Thank you Paul - you’ve made clients out of us!
I'm a singer-songwriter and Paul mastered one of my acoustic tracks. Not only did he do a great job of mastering the track, but he also gave me some very helpful tips for improving my home recording techniques to maximize sound quality. Paul knows his stuff, and I look forward to working with him on more projects.
Paul mastered a deep techno track for me, and the results were absolutely outstanding. My master sounds perfect on a large system played at club levels, and just as great on a small system and even in the car. Attention to detail is key in any piece of mastering, and I am more than happy with the results.
