You’ve consistently praised my work in the past, yet one project has led to harsh criticism. During this time, I faced personal challenges with my mother’s health and admit communication could have been better. Despite this, I offered a partial refund, reflecting the work completed. Claims that I ‘ran away with money’ are false and deeply unfair, given my history!
