  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I have helped a inde artist named lil nuka mix and master his tribute album for his mother. I also produced a few songs on the album.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I am working on a beat Album.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: No.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Digital. Why , because it’s 2023 almost technology is here to make our jobs more simple. And we are able to complete more work.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: I promise to listen to your request(s) and follow through to my best ability.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: Freedom to earn income when I want and need doing what I love to do.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: How did I learn how to mix music. I usually say” I wish it was just a few steps to explain. Lol “

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: That anyone can do it.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: I would like to know their vision or outcome they expect at the completion of work.

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: My advice is to ask for samples of mixed and masters done by provider.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: MacBook Pro Headphones Microphone Portable solar panel (for battery life) Keyboard.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: Music writer / producer / mixing engineer. I have been working professionally for 5years.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: My style is very attentive. I like adding and tweaking minor details.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: J. Cole, because he is creative enough to write produce and give some engineering advice while knowing what his outcome should be.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Listening to your mixes and low volumes and high volumes for frequency comparisons and also listen to masters from multiple stereos if you are not sure about a mix/master.

  34. A: Equalizing is my specialty. Making a vocal sit inside the music and blending.

  36. A: I like to bring diversity and a bit of brightness/ clarity to songs.

  38. A: I review the material I have to work with. Visualize my ideas while implementing the customers personalized desires. Then I follow through from bottom to top equalizing/compressing/ limiting/special fx.

  78. A: I have a home studio office space I’m Saint Cloud, Mn. Your standard studio speakers and headphones a condenser microphone and kaotica ball for my recording uses. Also I use a mini Akai midipad for production of my beats.

  80. A: Pharrell, Kanye west, J. Cole, Timberland.

  81. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  82. A: I record/ mixing/ and master vocals. Adding custom drops or fx, as well as requested edits by customer.

I will usually have a 24hr turn around unless you have a larger order request (album/ mixtape) then it would be other wise 3-5 business days.
