Cinematic & indie session vocalist specialising in emotional lead vocals, rich harmonies and choir stacks. 15+ years working with producers worldwide. Clean, fully edited, mix-ready stems delivered. 100+ 5★ reviews and repeat clients.

Hi, I’m Anna - a session vocalist and vocal producer with 15+ years’ experience working with producers and artists worldwide.

I specialise in cinematic, indie and atmospheric vocals, with a focus on emotional lead performances, rich harmonies, and layered vocal textures that bring depth and feeling to a track.

My style blends intimate, natural vocals with more powerful, cinematic builds - ideal for both artist releases and sync-focused music.

I’ve worked across a range of projects including sync and production work, and I deliver clean, controlled vocals that sit naturally in a mix and are ready to use.

I also work with clients to replace AI vocals or develop AI demos into fully human, expressive performances, while keeping the original vision of the track.

As a songwriter, I’m also happy to help shape melodies, lyrics, or arrangements where needed.

Whether you’re after a strong lead, subtle textures, or full vocal stacks, I’ll work with you to give the song exactly what it needs.

Feel free to reach out - I’d love to hear what you’re working on!

She and I communicated well with each other, and she delivered her track well before the due date. Interview with Anna B

  1. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  2. A: I’m currently balancing a few different projects: recording cinematic vocal textures for a library music album, providing lead vocals and harmonies for an indie-folk artist, and developing some of my own atmospheric, vocal-led production.

  3. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  4. A: I love the character of analog, but for a session workflow, I’m Digital. Working in Logic Pro X allows for the speed and flexibility that modern producers need - especially when it comes to quick revisions, precise vocal editing, and delivering high-fidelity 24-bit WAV stems.

  5. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  6. A: My promise is to deliver vocals that are not only emotionally right for the song but also technically clean. I promise to provide fully edited and tuned stems that are session-ready, so you can focus on the mix rather than cleaning up my files.

  7. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  8. A: That session singing is just about hitting the notes. A huge part of the job happens after the recording - editing, phase-aligning, and tuning. Many people think "raw" files are better, but most producers actually prefer "session-ready" stems that have been cleaned up and are ready to be mixed immediately.

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: Provide a reference track for the vocal tone you want and be clear about whether you need the vocals delivered dry or with processing. Also, if you have a specific idea for the harmonies, let me know early - otherwise, I’m happy to use my ear and provide my own arrangements.

  11. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  12. A: When recording vocal stacks, I always vary my distance from the mic or change my tone slightly for the higher/lower layers. It creates a much more natural, "wide" stereo field and prevents the frequencies from clashing, making the whole arrangement feel bigger without needing a lot of EQ.

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: I mostly work on Cinematic, Indie-Pop, and Americana. I also produce modern singer-songwriter tracks. I’m often brought in for tracks that need an atmospheric or "ethereal" feel, but my background is in soulful, song-driven music, so I'm equally at home on a more gritty folk or blues track.

  15. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  16. A: My strongest skill is vocal arranging and layering. I’m very comfortable building out dense harmony stacks and cinematic textures that sit well in a mix. I also take pride in my editing - I deliver tuned and timed stems so the producer doesn't have to do the cleanup.

  17. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  18. A: I love the collaborative process of bringing a song to life - whether I’m recording a raw lead vocal or building complex cinematic textures and backing vocal arrangements. Every project is a new creative challenge, and I enjoy the variety of working across different genres like Indie, Soul, and Cinematic music.

  19. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  20. A: I usually ask for a reference track or a specific artist/vocal vibe they’re aiming for. It’s also helpful to know if they need dry stems or vocal production - like specific harmony stacks or ambient layers - so I can ensure the final files fit perfectly into their mix.

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: I’ve been a professional musician for 20 years. I started as a live guitarist and session singer, performing & touring across the UK and internationally. Over the years, I transitioned into the studio, focusing on vocal recording and songwriting. I’ve worked in high-end studios (Angelic, Chapel) and also spent years perfecting my home studio workflow to deliver session-ready vocals for producers worldwide.

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: My style is a mix of soulful lead vocals and cinematic textures. I have a background in Americana and Indie, so I tend to focus on a natural, emotive, human delivery. I also do a lot of ambient vocal layering and choir-style stacks for film and atmospheric tracks.

  25. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  26. A: I bring a professional studio workflow and an ear for vocal arranging. Instead of just singing the notes, I think about how the backing vocals and harmonies can support the production. I make sure my parts serve the song's energy without getting in the way of the mix.

  27. Q: What's your typical work process?

  28. A: I start by reviewing your references to get the vibe right. I’ll send a rough demo of the lead vocal/a few harmony ideas to make sure we’re aligned. Once approved, I record the final takes. I provide high-quality, fully edited and tuned stems - usually including, multiple tracks of backing vocals, and adlibs - so you can drop them straight into your session without any extra work.

  29. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  30. A: I record in a treated studio space using a Neumann TLM 102 and a UA Apollo Twin interface, running into Logic Pro X. My setup is designed for a clean, professional signal chain that ensures high-fidelity, radio-ready vocal stems.

  31. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  32. A: I'm inspired by many songwriters and heartfelt vocals, such as Foy Vance, Bonnie Raitt, Ray Charles, The Brothers Landreth... writers and performers who can really tug on the heartstrings but also rock out! :) I grew up listening to an eclectic mix of The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Indies like Reef, Turin Brakes, Radiohead, Lauryn Hill, D'Angelo, Aerosmith, John Mayer, Paul Simon, Donny Hathaway...so lots of variety there! Lovin' Billie Eilish's stuff at the moment, as well as Doyle Bramhall, Blake Mills & Madison Cunningham

  33. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  34. A: Most of my work is session singing - providing both lead vocals and fully arranged backing vocal stacks. I’m often hired to build out the harmonies and vocal textures from a rough demo, delivering clean, edited stems that are ready to mix.
