Artist/Producer/Songwriter - Professional grade mixing and mastering done in-studio. I love working with numerous genres, math rock/indie/folk/metal and more. BA in Audio Production with a minor in Audio Tech and ethnomusicology
Hi, I’m Sam T. I’ve been producing music for close to 8 years now.
I stared out writing and recording my own stuff, then moved to studying mixing/mastering/audio tech in college, and now I engineer for local bands and side projects.
I have a degree in Audio Production, and I love working with whatever genre I can get my hands on, but I primarily love indie and rock, and their sub genres like math rock and post hardcore.
My main instruments are electric bass and guitar, and I am available as a remote session musician for overdubs. My prices are highly competitive and I love working on any project, regardless of its creative context!

Interview with Sam T Audio
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am in the production phases for two albums by separate artists, and currently working on a live recording project of various local bands.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both! We are in an age where we can produce things quicker and easier than ever before with digital tech, but incorporating that analog feel at some point in your process can really elevate a track to the next level.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise quality, collaborative work with no compromises- if you don’t like something, we fix it. My goal is to make your project sound exactly as it does in your head.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am inspired by bands like Joyce Manor, Pinegrove, Radiohead, La Dispute, Polyphia, Animals As Leaders, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, I could go on and on! My favorite engineers are Steve Albini and Nigel Godrich
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I perform multitrack recording, mixing, and mastering for release on digital streaming platforms, tape, and CDs
