A: My own solo records and countless collaborations (mainly in the Pop / Dance music scene)
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: Both

A: My promise is always my best and the highest quality
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Creating
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I work very fast, because I have trained myself to deliver on crazy deadlines. Therefore people assume it is easy, but it is just experience meeting knowing how you want to do something.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Whether the song is an independent release or being pitched to labels. The price can indeed be affected by this.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: To have a clear picture of what they want from the project. That way it will work out better for everyone
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: 15 years plus
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is very much in the Pop lane, but with countless other influences (ranging from R&B and Rock, through to Reggae)
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Ryan Tedder - all around genius
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Minimal is better than too busy
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I mostly work in Pop and all the dance genres (Pop Dance, Deep House, Future House e.t.c)
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Singing and Toplining.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Typically I will vibe over a song and very quickly realise if it is something I am able to add my touch to. Most of the time things work very smoothly.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I am using a RODE NTK direct into SSL and then into Logic Pro X. It is a tried and tested formula I have used for years and clients are always happy with the sound and feel that comes from it.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I most commonly do Session Vocals and topline (lyrics and vocal melody line) for my clients. Most of the time they will have heard one of my songs on spotify or the radio and approached me direct for this.
