Music Producer- Engineer

My name is Darrell Flowers and I am a music producer and lead engineer for TeamMFN, a music production company that I created, manage, and create for with my production partners Hannibal and John Simmons (Brasco). We provide a wide range of audio services, from music production and songwriting to recording, mix and mastering services.

But the part of the TeamMFN operation that truly sets us apart is our meticulously crafted development method, affectionately referred to as: THE PROCESS

This process can be applied on several levels, spanning from the development of one song to the planning and development of a series of projects for an artist. It involves us learning about the artist on many levels and constructing a creative plan around them and putting that artist in the best position to succeed, creating music that wins and pleases the artist creatively. We have developed this process over the course of 17 years and have perfected the art of developing artist, albums, and songs. The PROCESS changes from artist to artist, as it is customized for each experience, thus consistently providing each artist with their own sound.... Their own lane.
