Hailing from the DMV, David Wise—an independent songwriter, record producer, and devout believer in the Most High—discovered his ability to make music during a trying time in life and found solace in transforming a repetitive drum pattern into an emotionally charged production.
David, FKA "White Keys Only Beats" (among many other aliases), began making beats in 2015. By 2018, he'd establish contacts in the industry, work with musicians from around the world, and begin to pursue his true passion—turning nothing into something.
The inspiration behind David's musical memoirs and majestic melodies comes from his love of life, his faith in God, and those who believe in him. Even though it isn't his sole identity, music is very much a part of who he is and what shaped him.
“Music came at a rough time in my life when I felt like I had no one. It kept me company and unleashed a gift I didn't know I had. It's not about the money to me; it's about doing what you love, feeling good, and making other people feel good.”
